TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Township of Lanark Highlands proposes to enact a By-law to stop-up, close and sell a portion of Township unopened road allowance, set out and described as follows:
The portion of the unopened road allowance subject to this request PT. Lot 24, Concession 3, Geographic Township of Lanark, now Township of Lanark Highlands, designated as Parts 1 & 2 on Plan 26R3097
The proposed By-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting held at the Township of Lanark Highlands Municipal Office, 75 George Street, Lanark, Ontario at 6 p.m. on the March 11th, 2025, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. At that time, Council will hear each person or by their counsel, solicitor or agent, any person who claims that their land will be prejudicially affected by the by-law, and who applies to be heard.
