Salary Range: $22.92 - $28.41 per hour/ $44,694 - $55,400 per annum (2023 rates)

Hours: 37.5 per week

The Township of Lanark Highlands is seeking a qualified person to fulfill the full-time permanent position for the position of Planning, Building & Clerk Administrative Assistant.

Reporting to the Clerk and Planning & Building Manager, the Planning Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Planning, Clerk and Building functions. Provides backup to the reception functions.

The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in office administration and related office experience or a combination of equivalent experience and education. Excellent communication and administrative skills are required along with strong time management, punctuality, reliability and organizational skills.
