Anders explains, "I started writing in my teens. I didn't publish my first poem until in my twenties. I started sending to places all around Canada and US. I was fortunate that 6 months after sending I had my first poem published.” Now, it has become his passion.
Published under his professional name, T. Anders Carson has had his poems published in 37 countries, including translations into French, Greek, Japanese and Swedish. He is a Helene Wurlitzer Foundation Fellow, a very prestigious accolade.
