February 25th, 2017Snow Road Snowmobile Ride for Dad

The Ride for Dad is a fundraising event that raises money to benefit prostate cancer research and awareness in the areas where the funds are raised. Since the first Ride in Ottawa over 15 years ago on motorcycles, events now take place in more than 40 locations across Canada in every province on motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles and water craft. The net proceeds from Ride for Dad events are directed to Prostate Cancer Fight Foundation, which is a registered charity (#851333179RR0001). More than 100,000 men, women and children have been involved, raising $15 million to fight prostate cancer. Last year, the Snow Road Ride for Dad event netted over $8,500 for this worthy cause.

Our volunteers are now soliciting financial and in-kind sponsorship for the 2017 Ride for Dad event scheduled for February 25th. Your donation will help support the fight against prostate cancer, and help reduce expenses such as equipment rentals, signage and promotional materials, provision of food and refreshment to participants, etc. Sponsorship of this event can earn your business official recognition by Ride for Dad as a Bronze Sponsor for cash donations valued at $300, a Silver Sponsor for $600 or a Gold Sponsor for donations of $1,000. Cheques should be made out to Ride for Dad.
