The North Lanark Regional Museum at Appleton will open for visitors on Saturday, May 22 and his Worship, Mayor Al Lunney, will officially open our Royalty Exhibit and the 2010 season on Sunday, May 23 at 2:00 pm. It is fitting that the main exhibit will feature a tribute to Queen Victoria, the longest ruling British Monarch, as well as her descendants. Come out to celebrate “The Twenty-Fourth of May as the Queen’s Birthday” and our royal heritage.
